At the moment we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to strengthen our team. You would be working in our New Jersey office as a part of our small but efficient Customer Success team of three professionals. You will work closely with each client to ensure that every user is trained and efficiently using the TrademarkNow software. The team’s goal is to ensure each client’s satisfaction with the platform while promoting success in daily job performance.

To fill this position, we are looking for a high-energy, detailed-oriented, positive person with outstanding people skills who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Your responsibilities would be to:

  • Manage a large portfolio of clients
  • Train large groups of attorneys via video conferencing software
  • Interact professionally and intelligently with high-level clients
  • Keep detailed and accurate notes
  • Interact with other teams within the company to achieve client related improvements
  • Proactively track and review client health, with the goal of client retention
  • Patiently and professionally answer both technical and educational queries from clients, while working within the entire company to understand technical irregularities

Ideal candidate:

  • 0-2 years experience in B2B client success or account management
  • Strong technical skills and/or ability to quickly learn technical concepts
  • Superb skills with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Highly autonomous and able to independently drive projects to completion
  • Ability to establish priorities, maintain schedules, and manage time effectively
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral
  • Innovative
  • Experience with Salesforce ideal
