"My name is Jeff" and I am born and raised in the Netherlands, but have been living in Finland for the past 6ish years
As CSM, I am in constant contact with our clients, either through on-boarding, new user training sessions or periodic check-in and update calls.. We have an awesome team of people located in 3 different offices, and even though that is not always easy, I do feel we are a tight-knit team that is very supportive towards each other and always ready to help each other out.
When I am not hanging out at the office eating cookies and talking to lawyers, you will most likely find me on a motorcycle exploring Finland.
Fun fact: I am a mega "the office US" fan, and have probably seen the complete series 8 times (and counting).
